"I pride myself on the authentic relationships I build with the people I work with. I offer a safe space to talk about anything and am committed to listening with empathy, curiosity, compassion, and without judgement. I also believe there is room in the therapeutic space for humour, creativity and unique connection.
"Watching my clients learn more about themselves, and go on to challenge and change deep-seated unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, is incredibly rewarding.
It’s an honour to learn about them, and to be part of their experience and growth."
